Sahin showed great customer service by providing hands-on training to more than 30 customers. She also facilitated the receipt and turn-in for more than 1,200 items, ensuring 100 percent accuracy, zero inventory adjustments and zero backlog. Sahin managed all hazardous waste operations for all of the DLA sites in Turkey, ensuring the error free acceptance and processing of 64 items with 100 percent accountability and zero safety incidents.
