Strasen acts as the 39th OS unit training manager in addition to her duties as an NCO in charge. She has been the backbone of 5-level upgrade training for three Airmen in her shop.
As the UTM, Strasen also overhauled a 2-year dormant program, identifying and resolving 17 deficiencies and ultimately set the program back on track for the 60-member squadron.
