Puma was instrumental in establishing Incirlik's first ever Airmen's Attic. In doing this, he secured a location and collected donations for the benefit of more than a thousand eligible Airmen and their families.
In addition to his community involvement, Puma played a key role in developing a continuity judge advocate share point site for all Incirlik Air Base commanders and first sergeants which was a first in U.S. Air Forces in Europe.
